About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About credit institutions"

Article 1. Item 6 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About credit institutions" of May 29, 2002 ZR-359-N (further - the Law) to add with the subitem "1" the following content:
"1) the organizations performing consumer crediting which sign the agreements of crediting regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer crediting" for the purpose of financing of acquisition of the goods sold by them, the provided services and the performed works;".
Article 2. In item 4 of article 8 of the Law of the word of "credit institution" shall be replaced with words "To credit institutions (except for the organizations performing consumer crediting)".
Article 3. This law becomes effective in six months after official publication.
