About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About credit institutions"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About credit institutions" of May 29, 2002, ZR-359-N (further - the Law):

1. in Item 3 of the word "banks and credit institutions" shall be replaced with words "banks, credit institutions and investment societies";

2. to exclude from item 4 of the word "or not commercial";

3. in Item 5 the last offer after the word "for" to add with words ", except as specified, stipulated in Item 3 articles 8 of this Law".

Article 2. In article 5 of the Law:

1. to add the subitem "an" of Item 1 after the word "statement" with the words "in the form established by the Central bank";

2. add Item 1 with subitems "zh", "z" and "i" of the following content:

"g) the economic program of activities of credit institution the forthcoming three years, according to requirements imposed by the Central bank;

h) receipt of payment of the state fee;

i) other documents established by regulatory legal acts of the Central bank which are necessary for clarification of the facts important for registration and licensing of credit institution.";

3. Item 2 after the word "data" to add with words ", including, the documents established by regulatory legal acts of the Central bank according to the subitem "i" of Item 1 of this Article";

4. to state the subitem "b" of Item 2 in the following edition:

"b) the room used for activities of credit institution and its technical equipment conform to the requirements established by regulatory legal acts of the Central bank which are necessary for ensuring normal activities of credit institution;";
