1. This Procedure is developed in pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 31, 1998 N 137 "About additional measures for liberalization of foreign trade activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan".
Action of this Procedure extends also to the goods imported and delivered under the import contracts which were registered by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, authorized banks and customs authorities.
2. In this Procedure as the goods imported for free circulation it is understood:
2.1. The goods provided own currency sredstvamivvozimy goods including on consignment basis which payment will be made at the expense of own currency means of the importer. 2.2. The goods which are not provided own currency средствамитовар imported:
