About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy"

Article 1. Article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy" of December 25, 2006 to add with ZR-51-N with part 2.1 following of content:

"2. 1) If the debtor was builder of the apartment or subdivided building and ended (received state registration based on the final act) the building belonging to the debtor on the property right is encumbered with the rights of other persons based on agreements on the right of purchase of real estate in the house under construction, then in case of introduction by person having the right of purchase of real estate in the house under construction into the account of bankruptcy of the amount of final settlement of contract price in a month after receipt of the requirement of the managing director the managing director on behalf of the builder signs the transfer act according to requirements, the established law, and transfers to person the ownership to the allocated unit."

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
