About modification of Rules of creation of passports of budget programs of local budgets and reports on their accomplishment

For the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Budget code of Ukraine I order:

1. Bring in the Rules of creation of passports of budget programs of local budgets and reports on their accomplishment approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 26, 2014 No. 836 "About some questions of implementation of program and target method of creation and accomplishment of local budgets" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2014 at No. 1104/25881, the following changes:

in Item 2.7 of the Section II:

in paragraph eleven of the word "are not considered when scoping interbudget transfers" shall be replaced with words "can be performed from all local budgets";

add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"At the same time the main managers independently choose those most of which effectively and in full reflect results of accomplishment of budget programs from the list of productive indicators of budget programs determined by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.".

2. To department of local budgets of the Ministry of Finance (Kuzkin E. Yu.) provide:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

finishing this order after its state registration to local financial bodies.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Marchenko S. N.
