About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy"

Article 1. In the Items and "g" of part 1 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy" of December 25, 2006, ZR-51-N (further – the Law) the words "in the seal publishing data on state registration of legal entities" shall be replaced with words "on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia to the address http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 2. In paragraph three of part 1 of article 34 of the Law of the word "in the seal publishing data on state registration of legal entities" shall be replaced with words "on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia to the address http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 3. Regarding the 2nd article 88 of the Law:
The Item "and" to state 1) in the following edition:
"a) the statement in which also number of state registration (the state accounting) of the legal entity shall be specified;";
The Item "g" to declare 2) invalid.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
