About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax"

Article 1. Add article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with ZR-155 of September 30, 1997 "About the income tax" (further – the Law) new part of the following edition:
"In sense of this Law, the compensation amounts received from the persons having the license for distribution of electrical energy of autonomous producers of energy, using renewable energy resources, and also compensations received in the form of electrical energy for the delivered electrical energy to person having the license for distribution of electrical energy of autonomous producers of energy in case of equal counter flows are not considered as profit.".
Article 2. To add article 11 of the Law with the subitem "i" of the following content:
"i) the expenses connected with production of electrical energy by autonomous producers of energy.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose after January 1, 2015 between the producer of energy using renewable energy resources and person having the license for distribution of electrical energy.
