In the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 2 (the book I), Article 202, No. 3, Articles 397, 403, 429, No. 4, Articles 631, 647, 654, No. 5, Articles 835, 846, No. 6, Articles 997, 1010; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 24, 2016 No. 300-VQD and No. 303-VQD) to make the following changes:
1. In disposition of Article 462 of the word "body of insurance supervision" shall be replaced with words "relevant organ of the executive authority and the structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority".
2. To state the name and disposition of Article 471 in the following edition:
"Article 471. Failure to pay the fees established for financing of realization of insurance supervision
Failure to pay fees by professional participants of the insurance market for financing of activities of the structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority, on implementation of functions of regulation and supervision in the sector of insurance, in the amount of and procedure, established by this structure -".
3. In disposition of Article 472 of the word of "body of insurance supervision" shall be replaced with words "the structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority".
4. In dispositions of Articles 473.2 and 473.3 of the word to "body of insurance supervision" shall be replaced with words to "the structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority".
