About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on September 10, 2013

Article 1. "About the income tax" after the second paragraph to add part 1 of article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-155 of September 30, 1997 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Income gained in the form of percent from the government currency bonds of the Republic of Armenia of the nonresident or from discounts in case of their repayment and also from alienation of the specified bonds, exchange of other securities or from other similar transactions, is exempted from the income tax.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication.
