Article 1. Regarding 1 article 66 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-155 of September 30, 1997 "About the income tax":
Words in the first offer "from 5" shall be replaced with words 1) "from 20",
2) the second offer to state in the following edition: "At the same time, the tax agent owes once a year, no later than February 20th of the next year in the established form to show summary calculation in body of tax authorities of the location about the amount of the profit paid to the nonresident about the tax amounts withheld and paid to the government budget on profit (for every month).".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011 and is applied to the accounting periods after January 1, 2011.
