About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax"

Article 1. "About the income tax" to add Item 1 of article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia (ZR-155 of September 30, 1997) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Provisions of the second part of this Item do not extend to dividends of the states with the preferential tax treatments of dividends or dividends of residents of the territories which are their component (in sense of this Law, the offshore territories). The list of the offshore territories establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
