About modification and amendments in Regulations of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan

"31. At meetings of the Constitutional Council in addition to the questions resolved according to the procedure of the constitutional production questions are also considered:
- about submission of information to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan about condition of the constitutional legality in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- about approval of the annual message of the Constitutional Council about condition of the constitutional legality in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- about suspension and the termination of powers of the Chairman and members of the Constitutional Council;
- about approval of Regulations of the Constitutional Council;
- about rewarding with departmental awards.
At meetings of Council for initiative of its Chairman also other questions of the organization and activities of the Constitutional Council can be considered.".
