1. Article 265 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part four of the following content:
"4. Person who committed the crime provided by part one of this Article is exempted from criminal liability if it voluntarily handed over to authorities radioactive materials (sources of ionizing radiation, the radioactive materials or nuclear materials which are in any physical condition in installation or product or in other type)".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
