"Article 424-1. Failure to carry out of legal requirements of the legal executive
1. Failure to carry out of the legal requirements of the legal executive connected with execution of its service duties or hindrance to their accomplishment - attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount up to one, on officials - to two sizes of basic size.
2. Komprometirovany the legal executive or members of his family in connection with its office activities, rendering physical resistance or threat of infringement of life, the health, property, other actions interfering accomplishment of service duties of the legal executive – attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount up to two, on officials – to three sizes of basic size.
Article 424-2. Non-execution of the resolution of the legal executive who is not connected with property
1. Non-execution of the resolution of the legal executive who is not connected with property or sums of money – attracts at the scheduled time imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount up to two, on officials – to three sizes of basic size.
2. Repeated non-execution of the resolution within one year after imposing of administrative punishment for non-execution of the resolution provided by part one of this Article – attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount up to three, on officials – to five sizes of basic size.
