About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on regulations of the Government and other bodies of the central and local public authority No. 317-XV of July 18, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 208-210, 783), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Add Article 8 with parts (4) and (5) the following content:
"(4) Drafts of regulations of bodies of local public authority are brought to the attention of the public for the purpose of carrying out consultations on them not later than 15 working days about day of approval of the act. Adoption of acts is quickly performed according to the Law on transparency of decision making process No. 239-XVI of November 13, 2008.
(5) the Agenda of meeting of local/regional council is hung out in public places and takes place on the web page of council for the purpose of its public consultation not later than three working days about day of meeting.".
2. Add Article 25 with part (5) the following content:
"(5) Regulations of bodies of local public authority are introduced in the State register of local acts according to the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006.".
3. In Article 27:
consider single part part (1);
add Article with part (2) the following content:
"(2) Official account of regulations of bodies of local public authority is kept in the State register of local acts.".
4. Add Article 68 with part (3) the following content:
"(3) Regulations of bodies of local public authority are introduced in the State register of local acts according to the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006.".
Art. II. – In the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Add the law with Articles 10-1 and 10-2 of the following content:
