About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 59 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production" of February 18, 2004, word ZR-41-N", others, the methods established by the law" shall be replaced with words by "such methods of delivery which allow to confirm the fact of receipt of the act by the addressee, or, in the cases established by the law, the fact of the proper notice".

Article 2. In article 88 of the Law:

To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Public legal monetary claims are subject to forced execution according to the procedure, established by the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia, based on the writ of execution issued by the resolution which took legal effect if:

and. the monetary claim which is subject to collection from physical person based on indisputable administrative acts exceeds two hundred thousand dram,

. forced execution of the monetary claim which is subject to collection from physical person is impossible without collection of the single apartment belonging to it by the property right (including common property),

century the monetary claim which is subject to collection from the legal entity or individual entrepreneur exceeds property value of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur.";

2) from the third offer of part 2 to exclude the word "tax";

To add 3) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. The decision on property attachment of the debtor is submitted in service of forced execution of court resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia according to the procedure, established by part 4 of this Article, attaching the proofs which were the basis for decision making;";
