About entering of amendment and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production"

Article 1. Article 69 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production" of February 18, 2004, ZR-41-N (further – the Law) after the words "administrative acts" to add with the words "including, provisions of intervention of the integrated administrative acts, and also".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 71 of the Law:
Words of the Item "and" "6 months" shall be replaced with words 1) "2 months";
Words of the Item "in" "3 months" shall be replaced with words 2) "2 months".
Article 3. To recognize part 4 of article 82 of the Law invalid.
Article 4. To state article 88 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 88. Procedure for accomplishment of monetary claims
1. Monetary claims are subject to accomplishment based on indisputable administrative acts according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions".
