1. In the third paragraph of the 5th Item "Payment procedure of benefits to the refugees and displaced persons who are not attributed to places of the settlement in connection with replacement of privileges with benefits", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the resolution of January 22, 2002 No. 15 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 1, Article 93; 2003, No. 6, Article 348; 2004, No. 9, Article 750; 2005, No. 4, Article 376; 2006, No. 9, Article 812; 2009, No. 9, Article 757; 2014, No. 6, Article 747; No. 4, Article 789) the words "payment for use of water" shall be replaced with words 2016, "the payment for use of water for private consumption and watering of the home parcels of land" and to exclude from the specified paragraph of the word to "district (city) organizations of water economy".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
