Make the following changes to "the Charter of Azersu Open joint stock company approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 22, 2005 No. 50 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 3, Article 257; 2006, No. 1, Article 59; 2007, No. 9, Article 922; 2009, No. 10, Article 846; 2010, No. 11, Article 1039; 2011, No. 5, Article 442; 2013, No. 6, Article 760; 2015, No. 9, Article 1074, No. 12, Article 1595; the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 25, 2016 25 No. 91):
1. in Item 1 after the word "Order" to add with words "(further - the Order)".
2. in Item 2.9 of the word "affiliated open joint stock companies" shall be replaced with words "affiliated enterprises (societies)".
3. cancel part 5.
4. give part 6 in the following edition:
"6. The supreme body of management of Society
6.1. The supreme body of management of Society is general meeting of its shareholders.
6.2. The questions carried to powers of general meeting of shareholders of Society are solved according to the order.".
5. in part 7:
5.1. add with Item 7.1-1 of the following content:
"7.1-1. The board resolves all issues connected with management of Society, except for the powers conferred by the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Order to general meeting of shareholders of Society, the Board of directors of Society and also this Charter to the chairman of Society.";
