Article 2. The Items "in", "century 1.", "d", "zh", "i" of Article 7, of Chapter 4, 4.2, 6, of 8, of 10, the subitem "an" of Article 37, the first transfer of Article 40 and part 1 of article 41 of the Law to recognize invalid.
Article 3. In article 79 of the Law to replace number "4000000" with number "5000000".
Article 4. In the subitem "an" of article 84 of the Law number "15000" to replace with number "18750", and in the subitem "b" number "125000" - number "156250".
Article 5. In paragraph one of article 85.3 of the Law number "1000000" to replace with number "1250000", and in the paragraph the second "75000" - number "93750".
Article 6. "In" and to exclude from article 98 of the Law of transfer.
Article 7. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012, except as specified, established by this Article.
Articles 2 and 6 of this Law become effective since April 1, 2012.
Determine that the provisions relating to type of activity of the subitem "f" of article 7 of the Law established by Articles 1, 2 and 3 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fixed payments"" of May 11, 2011 ZR-148-N are applied since April 1, 2012.
