About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fixed payments"

Article 1. Subitems "z", "k", "p", "t" and "f" of Article 7, and also Chapter 4. 1, 9, 11, 16 and 16.1 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About fixed payments" of July 7, 1998 as ZR-236 (further - the Law) to recognize invalid.

Article 2. From part 2 of article 7 of the Law of the word", "п", "t", "ф"" to exclude.

Article 3. Regarding the 2nd article 36.7 of the Law of the word "subitems "v", "d", "t" and (or) "f"" shall be replaced with words "subitems "v" and (or) "d"".

Article 4. To add article 61 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Provisions of this Chapter do not extend to car parks where the systems registering departure and entrance of vehicles are placed.".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
