About entering of amendments and changes into Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of improvement of quality of preparation of drafts of the laws of the Republic of Belarus by republican state bodies the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
Bring in the Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 "About Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 5/29310; 2011, No. 121, 5/34656; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.04. 2014, 5/38720), following amendments and changes:
in Item 8:
after part three to add Item with part of the following content:
"The Ministry of Justice in case of identification during approval of cases of preparation by different state bodies of drafts of the laws on adjustment of the same law of the Republic of Belarus performs their approval of the offer on consolidation of these projects in the uniform act by the state body responsible for preparation of the bill according to the plan of preparation of bills for the corresponding year, or the body performing complex adjustment of the relevant law of the Republic of Belarus.";
