Article 1. In article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fixed payments" of July 7, 1998 ZR-236:
Part 6 to add 1) with the new offer of the following content: "The application form is approved by higher tax authority.";
Part 7 to add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "The application form is approved by higher tax authority.".
Article 2. In article 15 of the Law:
1) from part 1 of the word "accounting report and report on financial results" to exclude;
2 words "the income tax and" to exclude 2) from part.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
