Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2007 No. 1650 "About some questions of free and preferential providing with medicines and dressings of separate categories of citizens" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 303, 5/26369; 2009, No. 262, 5/30656; 2010, No. 224, 5/32478; 2012, No. 65, 5/35790; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.01. 2013, 5/36801) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for free and preferential providing with medicines and dressings of separate categories of citizens approved by this resolution:
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "and Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2012 No. 139 " about preferential ensuring separate categories of citizens with medicines " (the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 36, 1/13396)";
"and Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2012 "About preferential ensuring separate categories of citizens with medicines" to exclude No. 139 from appendix 2 to this Provision of the word;
1.2. in the list of the diseases granting the right to citizens on free providing with the medicines issued according to recipes of doctors within the list of the main medicines in case of the out-patient treatment, and also clinical nutrition approved by this resolution:
