Article 1. "About national pensions" (further - the Law) ZR-243-N of December 22, 2010 to add part 2 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the new offer of the following content: "The terms specified regarding the 2nd article 29 of this Law are not set off in the working life of 10 calendar years established by this part,".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 12 of the Law with the new offer of the following content: "The terms specified regarding the 2nd article 29 of this Law are not set off in the working life established by this part".
Article 3. To add the third paragraph of part 1 of article 13 of the Law after the word "Educational" with words "(including military-training)".
Article 4. To state part 1 of article 20 of the Law in the following edition:
"1. The military disability pension is granted to the serviceman recognized as the disabled person the competent state body performing medico-social examination if in the period of military service or within five years after dismissal from military service in accordance with the established procedure the competent state body established (determined) investigative communication between military service and disability (disease, mutilation or injury). If the disability origin at the serviceman is connected with the injury got in the period of military service before dismissal from military service in accordance with the established procedure, then the military disability pension is granted to the serviceman regardless of the term of establishment (determination) of investigative communication of disability".
Article 5. To add Item 2 of part 1 of article 29 of the Law after the word "periods" with words ", except for the periods when the family members involved in family entrepreneurship (including considered as hired employees), were involved in family entrepreneurship".
