Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions" ZR-243-N of December 22, 2010:
The word "main" shall be replaced with words 1) in the title, parts 1 and 2 of Article 16 "For calculation of capital work pension";
Part 2 of Article 19 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. For calculation of the size of military pension the main size of pension and cost of one year of years of service of military service establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia. For calculation of the size of military pension the main size of pension and cost of one year of years of service of military service cannot be less than the sizes of capital pension and cost of one year of years of service of military service established earlier for calculation of the size of military pension.".
3) in Item 1 of part 1 of Article 38 the word "main" shall be replaced with words "for calculation of capital work pension", in Items 1 and 2 of part 3 the word "main" - the words "for calculation of capital military pension";
Item 6 parts 3 Articles 41 after the word of "prosecutor" to add 4) with words ", the serving Investigative Committee, the serving special Investigative Committee", and in the last paragraph of the same part of the word "established the main" shall be replaced with words "for calculation of the work pension established the main", and the words "coefficient, the main" - the words "coefficient, for calculation of the size of the military pension established the main";
The word "main" shall be replaced with words 5) in Items 1 and 2 of part 4 of Article 55 "for calculation of the size of capital work pension".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
