About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions"

Article 1. In Items 1 and 2 of part of 1 Article 19, in parts 2 and 3, in Items 1 - 3 parts of 1 Article 21, in Item 2 of part 3 of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions" (further - the Law) ZR-243-N of December 22, 2010 of the word "monthly cash", and in Items 1 - 3 parts 1 of Article 23 the word "cash" shall be replaced with words "monthly, determined according to the procedure, established by this Law for calculation of the size of pension".
Article 2. In article 24 of the Law:
"Monthly cash" shall be replaced with words 1) in the title of the word "the size of military pension, cash for calculation";
Part 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. For calculation (recalculation) of the size of military pension the cash allowance is determined in the amount of difference of the sum of monthly cash allowance determined for the last position held by it, and the income tax withheld from it.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective on January 1, 2013.
