1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534 "About assistance to commodity export development (works, services)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 143, 1/7870; 2008, No. 159, 1/9837; 2009, No. 201, 1/10941; 2011, No. 4, 1/12265; 2012, No. 30, 1/13377; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.05. 2014, 1/15006) following changes and amendments:
1.1. "to the banks granting export loans for production and sales of goods (works, services), implementation in the territory of foreign states of investments and also" to exclude from the paragraph of the fourth Item 1 of the word;

"3.1. the "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further - Development bank) according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, grants export loans, including within credit lines (further - export loans) in foreign currency (except for Russian rubles) on commercially oriented interest rates (CIRRs) according to the Agreement provisions about officially the supported export loans drafted by member countries of the Organization for economic cooperation and development and existing on the date of the conclusion of credit agreements in the Russian and Belarusian rubles with collection of percent on commercially oriented interest rates (CIRRs), in case of their absence - at least two third the key interest rate established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation, and at least two third the refunding rate established by National Bank on the date of the conclusion of credit agreements respectively:
