About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Charter of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2003 No. 174 "About some questions of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 50, 1/4572), the following changes and amendment:

to state part one of Item 21 in the following edition:

"21. Belteleradiokompaniya's structure as central public institution includes directorates, managements, departments, services, sectors, other structural divisions.";

"Belteleradiokompaniya has representation in the Russian Federation (in Moscow).";

the organization of TV and radio broadcasting in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and beyond its limits;

ensuring activities of the structural divisions occupied with operational and economic servicing of Belteleradiokompaniya;

development and strengthening of material and technical resources, payment of the current and capital expenditures;

support of Belteleradiokompaniya to art collectives according to the procedure determined by Belteleradiokompaniya;

carrying out ideological work, improving, cultural and sporting events;
