Article 1. "About cash transactions" of December 26, 2002 ZR-501-N (further - the Law), after words of "legal entities" to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with words of "the individual entrepreneurs who are considered as payers of the VAT".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 6 of the Law with the Items "in" and "g" of the following content:
"c) the largest amount of the accepted cash payments according to one-time transactions on goods (fixed assets, intangible assets and other assets), services, works (except for the payments accepted according to one-time transactions at the rate to 3.0 million dramas from the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs in the field of retail trade and services):
