About approval of the Instruction about procedure for providing with free sanatorium permits of disabled people and pensioners
For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the Law of the Republic "About social security of disabled people in the Republic of Uzbekistan", Agreements of the Governments of the states of the CIS "About mutual recognition of privileges and guarantees for participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, combatants in the territory of other states, families of the died military personnel" of April 15, 1994 we decide:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for providing with free sanatorium permits of disabled people and pensioners.
2. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 12, 1999 of N4 "About approval of the Instruction "About procedure for planning, issue, accounting and storage of sanatorium permits in social welfare institutions".
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
