Bring in the Regulations on production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1251 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 35; 2013, No. 3, Art. 66, No. 24, Art. 808, No. 89, Art. 3265; 2014, No. 81, Art. 2287, No. 95, Art. 2726; 2016, No. 26, Art. 1024), following changes:
Item 3 in paragraph four after the word "give" to add with the words "electronically", and the words "payment document" shall be replaced with words "the copy of the payment document";
in Item 10:
the paragraph one after the words "on the basis" to add with the words "given electronically";
in paragraph four of the word "in duplicate, one of which remains at the seller of brands, the second (with mark of the seller)-at the producer" to exclude.
