About modification and amendments in the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state part 1 of article 15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) in the following edition:

"Employees of bodies of defense, homeland security, police and republican executive bodies, military personnel, and also the persons liable for call-up who are called up for military service bear the administrative responsibility for administrative offenses. For abuse of regulations of hunting, fishing, customs rules, requirements of the legislation of traffic safety, for smuggling of person, specified in this part, bear the administrative responsibility in general procedure. To the specified persons who violated rules of hunting, fishing and storage of fish inventories, customs rules for smuggling, penalty it is not applied. For violation of requirements of the legislation in the field of safety of traffic the penalty is not applied to specified persons if the offense was made on office vehicles.".

Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 32 of the Code of the word "property of the legal entity shall be replaced with words person to whom the vehicle is assigned, or person having power on fixing of the vehicle" "that respectively, the head of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur".

Article 3. In article 123 of the Code:
