1. In appendix No. 22 to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 22, 2015 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2016" footnote "***" to state No. PP-2455 in the following edition:
"*** Collection for the right of retail trade by alcoholic products, including realization of alcoholic products by catering establishments, arrives into the single account with further distribution of means between the budget and single center for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship for the principle "one window", and in Tashkent - between the budget and Department of trade, service industry and production of consumer goods according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Collection for the right of retail trade is completely enlisted by products from precious metals and gemstones in the budget".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
