I DECIDE:

1. Transform republican public institution "Service of the central communications" in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transfer to maintaining the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to determine authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning republican public institution "Service of the central communications" (further - organization) the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) together with the interested state bodies to provide interaction of information work of the central executive bodies and state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akims of the cities of Astana and Almaty, areas with organization for implementation of functions on information maintenance of state policy;

3) to take other measures following from this Decree.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - changes).

4. Declare invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2012 No. 403 "About creation of republican public institution "Service of the central communications" in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and entering of amendments into some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan" except for Item 1 (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 74, the Art. 1067);
