a) add with Item 9 (1) the following content:

"9(1). Statements for production and for issue of the control (identification) signs intended for marking of remaining balance of the goods which are on accounting of the participant of turnover of goods as of the date of entry into force of the Agreement are placed in information resource of marking within 60 working days from the date of entry into force of the Agreement.";

b) in paragraph one of Item 18 of the word "45 working days" shall be replaced with words "80 working days".

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 14, 2016.
