1. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social insurance" of April 7, 1997 No. 568 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1997, No. 5, Article 349; 2006, No. 7, Article 587; 2007, No. 12, Article 1226; 2009, No. 8, Article 630; 2016, No. 6, Article 1021) in Item 2.1 of the word "State Social Security Fund" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population".
2. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on approval of the Provision "About Service in Customs Authorities" of December 30, 1999 No. 243 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 22; 2004, No. 12, Article 1001; 2007, No. 11, Article 1117; 2010, No. 7, Article 617) in the fifth paragraph of part 2 of the word "State Social Security Fund" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population".
