About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2012 No. 247

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2012 No. 247 "About some questions of the organization of public discussion of projects of regulatory legal acts on development of entrepreneurship and entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 2070" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 37, 5/35437) the following changes and amendment:

1.1. in the name of the word "About Some Questions of the Organization of Public Discussion of Projects of Regulatory Legal Acts on Development of Entrepreneurship" shall be replaced with words "About the organization of public discussion of projects of regulatory legal acts for development of entrepreneurship, questions of implementation of business activity";

1.2. to add preamble after the words "For the purpose of" with words of "activation of dialogue of business and the state by strengthening of role of public and advisory (expert) councils in acceptance of the management decisions infringing on interests of business";

1.3. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Determine that the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom (further - state bodies (organizations) shall provide:

notifications on project development of regulatory legal acts;
