About entering of amendment and change into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land under individual housing construction" of May 6, 2005 No. 177 the following amendment:
Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land under the individual housing construction approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 20 of the following content:
"20. The decision of authorized body on allocation of the parcel of land can be appealed according to the procedure, determined by the legislation on administrative activities and ministerial procedures.".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on procedure and conditions of paid provision of the property rights or lease on the parcels of land which are in municipal property" of September 23, 2011 No. 571 the following change:
in Standard regulations on the procedure and conditions of paid provision of the property rights or lease on the parcels of land which are in municipal property approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 71 of the word "judicially, according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, determined by the legislation on administrative activities and ministerial procedures.".
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days of co of day of official publication.
