Article 1. "About the defender of human rights" to state Item 7 of part 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-23 of October 21, 2003 in the following edition:
"7) to address to Council of chairmen of the courts of the Republic of Armenia for receipt of explanations of advisory nature about the legal issues arising in court practice.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
