About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2015 No. 779

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2015 No. 779 "About industrial clusters and the specialized organizations of industrial clusters" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 32, the Art. 4768).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2015 No. 779

1. In requirements to industrial clusters and the specialized organizations of industrial clusters for the purpose of application of the measures of stimulation of activities to them in the field of the industry approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 2:

word in paragraph seven "non-profit organizations, the financial organizations," to exclude;

in paragraph nine of the word "including technological incubator" shall be replaced with words "including the industrial (industrial) park, technopark, technological incubator";

b) in item 4:

in the subitem "b" of the word "at least 50 percent of total amount of the industrial output made" shall be replaced with words "at least 20 percent of total amount of industrial output, materials and component parts made";

state the subitem "v" in the following edition:

"c) availability at least 10 participants of industrial cluster who are subjects of activities in the field of the industry and performing industrial production of industrial output;
