About modification and amendments in the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state the second paragraph of Article 46 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 (further – the Code) in the following edition:
"Provision in lease or by right on free (permanent) use of the parcels of land which are the state-owned or communal property for the purpose of construction is forbidden.".
Article 2. To state part 1 of article 47 of the Code in the following edition:
"1. Non-paid (permanent) use of the parcel of land termless provision by the owner to other person of the right to own and use the parcel of land is considered.".
Article 3. In article 48.1 of the Code:
Part 6 to state 1) in the following edition:
"6. The lands which are the state-owned or communal property are provided with the right to construction only from stipulated in Clause the 60th of this Code of the parcels of land.",

Article 4. "Court resolutions" to add item 4 of article 51 of the Code after words with words ", except as specified, when there is property right to the parcels of land which are the state-owned or communal property".
Article 5. In article 57 of the Code:
Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. The parcels of land which are in property of the state and communities are provided by the property right, constructions or uses.
The parcels of land which are property of the state and communities for the purpose of construction can be provided to other persons only on the property rights except for established by this Code of those parcels of land, which are property of the state and communities which provision by the property right is forbidden.",
