About modification and amendments in the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 2 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 (further – the Code):

Article 2. In article 3 of the Code:

Words the Item 2 "in accordance with the established procedure and according to master plans of settlements, schemes of zoning and use of the lands which are in administrative borders of communities" shall be replaced with words 2) "according to the card of town-planning zoning and the scheme of use of lands, in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 3. In article 7 of the Code:

Item 5 of part 5 to state 2) in the following edition:
"5) in schemes of use of lands, in master plans.".
Article 4. To state the second paragraph of part 1 of article 8 of the Code in the following edition: "The permitted use of the parcel of land is established based on regulatory legal acts, schemes of use of lands, other land management documents, master plans and cards of town-planning zoning.".
Article 5. Parts 3 of article 9 of the Code "and zonings" to remove words of the paragraph of third.
