About entering of amendment into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 7 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 with part 8 of the following content:
"8. Determine that:
1) in case of change in accordance with the established procedure of target value of the parcels of land which are property of citizens or legal entities, at the initiative of the owner, except for the parcels of land used for greenhouses, livestock, poultry-farming farms, refrigerating storage of fruit and vegetables, artificial ponds for cultivation of fish, the owner of the parcel of land depending on the location of property, in three-months term pays to the budget of community difference of cadastral costs at the time of change of target value of the parcels of land if after change of target value of the parcels of land its cadastral cost is higher, than before change,
2) owners of the parcels of land used for greenhouses, livestock, poultry-farming farms, refrigerating storage of fruit and vegetables, artificial ponds for cultivation of fish within one year pay to the budget of community difference of cadastral costs at the time of change of target value of the parcels of land if after change of target value of the parcels of land its cadastral cost is higher, than before change,
