1. Attach Public service of social security under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic to the State Social Security Fund under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 30.06.2020 No. 1076
3. Charge to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic to solve in a month transfer of the state-owned property which is in use of Public service of social security under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic to the State Social Security Fund under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic and Public service of employment under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic.
