About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property
The government DECIDES:
In the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901 of December 31, 2015. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 1, of the Art. 2) to make the following changes:
1) in b letter) the subitem 1) of Item 10 of the word of "Executive committee" shall be replaced with words "People's assembly";
