The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2010 No. 243 "About approval of the State target economic program of energy efficiency and development of the sphere of production of energy carriers from renewable energy resources and alternative types of fuel for 2010-2016" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 16, Art. 762; 2011, No. 32, Art. 1347; 2015, No. 92, Art. 3128; 2016, No. 14, the Art. 568) and of October 17, 2011 No. 1056 "Some questions of use of means in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 80, Art. 2945; 2012, No. 52, Art. 2081; 2014, No. 80, Art. 2268; 2015, No. 35, Art. 1035, No. 69, Art. 2262; 2016, No. 14, the Art. 568) changes which are applied.

2. Determine that compensation of part of the amount of the credits for implementation of the actions specified in subitems 3, 4 and 4-1 - Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of actions for effective use of energy resources and the energy saving approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2011 No. 1056 "Some questions of use of means in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, 80, of the Art. 2945) provided before entry into force of this resolution is performed No. according to the procedure, acting at the time of the conclusion of the corresponding credit agreement.
