1. This Provision regulates export procedure and commodity import, containing precious metals and stones.

2. The goods containing precious metals and stones are recognized:

products from precious metals and gemstones (appendix N 1);

precious metals in the form of scrap and waste (appendix N 2);

the semifinished products and raw materials intended for production of products from precious metals and stones.

3. The list of precious metals, precious, semiprecious and ornamental stones is given in the appendix N 3.

4. Export and commodity import, containing precious metals and stones (except for the electronic products containing precious metals), are monopoly of the state.
