Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2015 No. 622 "Some questions of implementation of public procurements of medicines and medical products with involvement of the specialized organizations conducting procurement" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 69, the Art. 2260) the following changes:
the first and fourth subitem 1 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"1) criteria of the choice of the specialized organizations conducting procurement among those that 24 parts one of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" are determined in Item are:";
"the price of the services connected with purchase of goods, provided by the specialized organizations which conduct procurement;";
in subitem 3 of the word and figure "the paragraph of the seventeenth "About implementation of public procurements" shall be replaced with words parts three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine also in figure of "the paragraph of the sixteenth of part three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On public purchases".
