In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state land cadastre, monitoring of lands and land management" of March 12, 1999 No. 113 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 165; 2001, No. 12, Article 755; 2008, No. 9, Article 798) in the fourth and fifth paragraphs of part 2 of the word "State Committee on the Ground and Cartography" shall be replaced with words "The state committee on property questions".
2. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the municipal territories and lands" of December 24, 1999 No. 237 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 12, Article 717; 2001, No. 12, Article 755; 2007, No. 11, Article 1110; 2010, No. 7, Article 610) in the third paragraph of part 2 and in part 5 of the word "State Committee on the Ground and Cartography" shall be replaced with words "The state committee on property questions".

In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About water supply and sewage" of January 26, 2000 No. 266 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 45; 2001, No. 12, Article 755; 2008, No. 8, Article 719; 2010, No. 3, Article 181; 2011, No. 4, Article 292) in the third paragraph of part 2 of the word "State Committee on the Ground and Cartography" shall be replaced with words "The state committee on property questions".
